12 usefull advices for weight loss instead of diet


In case you are trying to keep in form, read this promising advises for burning fat:

1. At least 5 to 10 minutes before your meal, drink a glass of water or any healthy drink. In that way you will fill your stomach and you will eat less.

2. If you really need to eat bread and other carbohydrates, try that to be a combination of integral cereals.

3. Replace the soft and sweet drinks with water. If you need to feel some taste, just add little lemon.

4. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day! A balanced breakfast needs to contain proteins and little fruits that are very important for your metabolism. This combination will stabilize the sugar level in your blood and will prevent you from over eating during the day.

5. You’re used to constantly eating something? Try with chewing gum. Most of them don’t have more than 10 calories, but don’t, but be careful and take care for your teeth.

6. The high caloric meals in which you really enjoy, should be taken once a week.

7. Instead of chips, take some almonds or pumpkin seeds that are full of proteins and essential fats.

8. Try to avoid milk, it’s full with unhealthy hormones.
