The breakfast is the same for 15 days, and contains of 1 fruit

Note:
• The meat and the boiled vegetable are flavored with dry vegetable.
• 6. и 7. Day are days for pause
• Alcohol should not be consummated during this diet.
After the 5th day you can lose 2,5 to 5 kg., and after the two days of pause, the diet is repeated 3 times (5 days + 2 days pause). You can lose 15kg. Without consequences for your health.
The kilograms won’t return back if after finishing with the diet you eat normally except in Monday. In Mondays you need to eat:
• Breakfast: 1 glass of lemon juice - sugar free
• Lunch: 1 apple,1 toast
• Dinner: 1 boiled egg,1 tomato,1 toast
All of the ingredients can be consumed hot or cold, but it’s very important to take them properly and don’t miss any of them. Otherwise, you won’t get the right effect.
