Everyday menu:

• Every morning after you wake up, you should drink lemon juice with 150ml mineral water.


Lunch:

Dinner:

• 120g pork grilled loin, mixed with lemon juice, black pepper and salt. It’s garnished with 150 g. potatoes and steamed vegetables.

Dinner:
• 100g potatoes and 1 onion, cooked in 2 spoons oil, in the same oil and simmer 300g chicken without skin. When soften, put the vegetables and add a 1 tablespoon lemon juice, black pepper, parsley and salt.

Lunch:
• 1 big potato, boiled or grilled, cut it on half and put 1 spoon of yogurt, black pepper and garlic. This portion is served with 2 pieces of leek wrapped in two pieces of smoked fish fillet.

Dinner:
• 1 lettuce salad, 60 g. cheese and 100 grams. fish. The salad is topped with 1 teaspoon olive oil and 1 teaspoon lemon juice, 1 slice of toasted bread and then soaked in whey.

Lunch:
• 40 grams of pasta topped with 100g sauce pork, 2 spoons of milk, 1 spoon lemon juice, black pepper and basil.

Dinner:
• salad of 150 g boiled potatoes, 5-6 black olives, 1 onion, 1 spoon of lemon juice, 1 spoon of olive oil, black pepper and salt, 1 slice of cornbread.

Breakfast:

• 1 slice of cornbread with whey
• 1 glass of grapefruits
• 1 glass of yogurt and juice of half lemon.

Afternoon sneck:

• 1 glass of yogurt with lemon juice.
